A carved shell and leaf design draw the eyes up to the arched pediment, which is embellished with decorative overlays on the canted corners. The brushed satin brass-finished dial is set off by cast corner and centre ornaments, including a silver chapter ring with applied brass Arabic numerals and an astrological blue moon phase with a pierced star pattern. Mirroring the dial, the lyre pendulum is finished in brushed antique brass with a decorative antique gold-finished centre disk. The lower front door features bevelled glass and decorative overlays with matching shell and leaf designs. A high-precision, cable-driven, triple-chime movement plays a choice of Westminster, St. Michael, or Whittington chimes. Additionally, the clock features an automatic nighttime chime shut-off option, adjustable levellers under each corner, and a locking door for added security.
