Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, you have 30 days to notify us. Please send an email to marketingmetricsaustralia@gmail.com after which we will contact you, or you can phone us directly on 0416 244 646. We may ask you to send us images of the damage for assessment. Once approved by our team, we will contact you to proceed with the return process and will arrange a replacement or give you a credit for the full sale price. Please do not return the item before speaking to one of our team.

We hope you will love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it.
You will be responsible for shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. If you change your mind, we will provide you with a refund in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less all shipping costs.
To request a return, you can call us on 0416 244 646 or email to marketingmetricsaustralia@gmail.com with your name and order number and our customer service team will arrange the return for you.
Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition. This means you have not used, assembled, engraved, damaged or washed any of the items and they are returned secured in their original packaging. If you cannot return an item 'as new' in its original packaging, a handling and restocking fee may apply up to 20% of the value of the item.
Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include:
• Clearance items
• Gift Cards
• Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a refund in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost to ship the product to you and the return shipping back to the warehouse. The return shipping cost is the same as the initial delivery cost. If free shipping was provided to you in your purchase, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund.

Definition & Ownership
“Special-Order Items” are defined as goods not normally stocked or those ordered specifically for the customer. Full ownership remains with Marketing Metrics until payment is received in full. -
Deposit & Payment
Special-Order Items require advance payment, which is non-refundable and non-returnable, except as required by law. -
Cancellation & Finality
Orders for Special-Order Items are non-cancellable and final once placed.
If the customer fails to take delivery at the scheduled time of arrival, the seller reserves the right to sell the items to another party. -
Claims for Non-Compliance or Defects
The only exceptions to the non-refund policy are where the item: - Materially differs from its description or is misrepresented, or
- Has a substantive defect in materials or workmanship.
In such cases:
- Notify Marketing Metrics within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt.
- Retain original packaging.
- Email photographs and details to marketingmetricsaustralia@gmail.com—claims submitted without prior notification will not be accepted.

Upon valid claim assessment, Marketing Metrics may, at its discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

The law also requires that non-refundable payment terms reflect genuine loss and avoid unfairness. Customer Responsibility
Customers are strongly encouraged to verify all specifications before placing a Special-Order. This ensures clarity and reduces misunderstandings. -
Disclosure & Visibility
This policy will be prominently displayed online and customers will be referred to the policy on-line in all written quotations, order confirmations, and invoices.
